High-torque planetary gearboxes

The planetary gearboxes of the GP series are offered in one- and two-stage versions as well as with mounting flanges for all compatible motor series from Nanotec. Through the simulation-based toothing design, they achieve a significantly higher torque than economy planetary gearboxes. Thanks to their modular concept and optimal dimensioning, they are quick and easy to adapt to individual customer requirements.

GP42: for motors in size NEMA 17 and external rotor motors with flange diameter of 42.8 mm
GP56: for motors in size NEMA 23/24

GP56 – High-torque planetary gearboxes

Planetary gearboxes for NEMA 23 and 24 (56/60 mm) motors. With 12mm shaft and planets that run on sliding bearings or with 14mm shaft and reinforced output bearings.
  • Reduction Ratio 3.29  - 62.33 
  • Rated Output Torque 3.6 Nm - 29.1 Nm
  • Efficiency 86 % - 95 %
