The Nanotec gearboxes are used to increase output torques, reduce output speeds, and to reduce external moments of inertia by a factor of four. They additionally serve to reduce the step angles of standard stepper motors.
In addition to precision planetary gearboxes from Neugart Nanotec also offers economy planetary gearboxes and worm gearboxes.
Almost all gearboxes are equipped with double-sided ball bearings, and can thus withstand high axial and radial loads. New gearing technologies and manufacturing methods ensure low circumferential backlash and a wide torque range, while the special lubrication guarantees a maintenance-free and long service life.
