Add and manage filters / attributes

TO ADD A NEW ATTRIBUTE TO THE FILTER:

  1. Click the Add attribute button.
  2. Enter a search word or scroll through the list to find the desired attribute.
  3. Select the attribute and click Add attribute.
  4. Click Close. The attribute is now added to the Filter and is displayed under  Results 

TO SET AN ATTRIBUTE:

  1. Open the attribute in the Filter.
  2. Make your selection. The Results will adjust themselves automatically to the values you have set.

TO RESET AN ATTRIBUTE:

  1. Open the attribute in the Filter.
  2. Click on Reset settings. The attribute is being reset.

TO REMOVE AN ATTRIBUTE:

  1. Open the attribute in the Filter.
  2. Click the Remove attribute button. This will remove the attribute from the Filter and the Results table.

Please note:
Some attributes have similar names but are used for different kinds of products. Please check the attribute Description (by opening the attribute in the Filter)  for details.

Compare torque curves

TO DISPLAY TORQUE CURVE COMPARISON:

  1. Filter the matching motors using the attributes "Torque" and "Thrust". Under Results you will find a checkbox at the end of each line.
  2. Check at least two of them.
  3. Click COMPARE. The view for comparing the torque curves is displayed.

TO USE THE TORQUE CURVE COMPARISON:

  • Each color represents a motor.
  • Different motors can have identical torque curves. They will appear as only one curve.
  • The desired attributes for each motor wil be displayed by clicking on the boxes on the right of the legend.
  • Solid torque curves represent thrust, and dashed torque curves represent output power.
  • On a torque curve, click the point where you want to set the comparison point using the vertical red line. In the legend table you can then see the speed values.
  • Within the legend and for each motor you can:
      • obtain more information,
      • add the motor to the shopping cart,
      • remove the motor from the torque curve comparison.

FURTHERMORE YOU CAN:

  • download the current torque curve view as PDF,
  • compare values at a specific working point,
  • switch axes,
  • switch between linear or logarithmic axis scaling,
  • filter by voltage.

Result list view and sorting

TO SWITCH BETWEEN RESULT LIST VIEWS:

  • Under  Results  on the right, select one of the two buttons:
      • for table
      • for article list

TO SORT THE TABLE VIEW:

  • Click on the attribute name in order to sort in ascending or descending order.

Configuration

TO FILTER BY ARTICLE CONFIGURATION:

  1. In the FILTER open the Display configuration selection list and select
      • Yes to also display configurations,
      • Only to only display configurations.
  2. To find combinations for motors and encoders and/or brakes, add the with brake and/or with encoder attributes to the FILTER.
  3. Use more attributes to filter and to find the right combination for your requirements.
