motor positioning controls

The new powerful stepper motor positioning controller with integrated final output stage from Nanotec combines the latest technology in the smallest possible space with an extremely competitive price.
All new SMCI positioning controls can be quickly and easily parameterized with the NanoPro software that is available free of charge. In addition to the common setting possibilities such as phase current and microstep operation, it is also possible to store whole travel profiles (relative or abolute) and to link these with one another. The ramp generator is integrated in the hardware and, in addition to trapezoidal and sinusoidal ramps, also enables the possibilities of setting the acceleration ramp and braking ramp separately.
Optionally available encoders mean the stepper motor can also be operated in the closed control circuit (Closed-Loop) like a brushless DC motor. Naturally, however, a clock direction mode is also possible as well as control of the stepper motor with an analog signal either in terms of the speed or the position.
ADVANTAGES/FUNCTIONS
- Digital inputs and outputs for calling up travel profiles or clock direction/analog mode, limit switch, enable, quick-stop etc..
- Fully programmable with NanoPro software (free of charge!)
- Sequence control/(SoftSPS) with NanoJ easy, a Java-based programming environment
- Optical encoder evaluable, automatic error correction
- USB, RS232, RS485, SPI or CANopen interface
- ClosedLoop - sinusoidal commutation
- Compact size - favorable price
- Increased running smoothness and eliminates resonances through DSP-Drive
