ST6018 high torque stepper motor
With only slightly larger dimensions (60x60mm), the motors of the ST6018 series are more powerful than the motors of the ST5918 series, hence offering a cost-effective alternative for constructors who cannot employ a motor of the ST8918 series due to reasons of space.
They have, however, the same Nema 23 drilling plan and thus can very easily replace an ST5918 motor. The only difference is that the shaft has a diameter of 8mm instead of 6.35mm.
In combination with the stepper motor positioning controls of the SMC(I) series, these motors offer the highest possible power in the smallest space.
