The compact microstep final output stage SMC11-G can be operated to 2.5 A in the microstep (2.0 A in the full step) as the metal housing acts as cooling and also offers the developer an economic possibility to control stepper motors with phase currents > 1.0 A.
Unlike the SMC11-GE, it is particularly suitable for series applications where the stepper motor to be controlled is already specified and the phase current and step operation can already be configured by Nanotec ex works.
Please note that not every Nanotec stepper motor or linear actuator is PIN compatible to the motor socket on the SMC11.
