Stepper motors with hollow shaft are available from Nanotec in 3 construction sizes: 28mm (Nema 13) 42mm (Nema 17) and 56mm (Nema 23). Cables and laser beams etc. can be passed or fed through the hollow shaft that has an inside diameter of 11mm in the ST5918L3008-LA1.

There are appropriate hollow shaft encoders of the HEDS and HEDL series for the hollow shaft; the hollow shaft stepper motor with the stepper motor final output stages of the SMC series can also be controlled.

Other motors can be delivered in a hollow shaft version from 250 pieces.
