Track, friction and drive rollers
The driven track and drive shafts are largely used as infeed rollers, feed rollers, friction rollers, braked rollers, fixing rollers for belt transport systems, track rollers with slots, drive pulleys for paper transport, foil transport, piece goods transport in the paper and foil industry and handling technology, semiconductor technology, transport technology, textile technology etc.
Track, friction and drive rollers
The various track and drive rollers in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and POM can be supplied with and without hub as well as with straight and spherical plastic running surfaces in all common diameters in narrow and wide version, with grub screw clamping and clamping ring clamping. Special track surfaces set standards with regard to dynamic load capacity, low rolling resistance and cold elasticity.

The temperature range used is -10 °C – 80 °C and briefly up to 120 °C. Polyurethane rollers are resistant to oil and grease. When using acids, alkali and cleaning compounds the stability must be checked in advance.
