Flat belt pulleys are suitable for the transport of light to moderately heavy objects in electrical engineering and handling technology of bulk goods or foodstuffs as well as for the sorting of different materials.
Depending on the coefficients of friction of the belt surface, they are also suitable for certain inclinations and pitches and have an excellent resistance to abrasion and oil resistance.
To prevent the belt from running off the pulley, the drive rolls are designed to be spherical so the belt centers itself automatically.

Due to the high radial bearing forces, additional external flanges in round or angular shaped version (with or without collar) with integrated ball bearing are recommended.

• Temperature range of the round belts, high performance belts, electrically conductive round belts, endless belts, hollow belts, hollow belts made of polyurethane to + 80 °C with metal lock and other materials even up to 120 °C.
