V-timing belts

Shaft machining >> V-timing belts
V-timing belts
In contrast to the flat belts, the effective tension is not transmitted due to friction on the inside of the belt, but due to the friction forces as a result of the high pressure forces on the angled flanks of the V-belt. Thus, they offer a virtually frictional connection.
With more profiles (up to max. 5, designated by the letters H, J, K, L and M), the transmission power – and hence the range of applications – is expanded. Further benefits are the low height and a particularly good frictional connection together with minimum slip. Small disk diameter, low elongation and extremely large transmission ratios with high efficiency are additional advantages.
V-timing belts
Any torsion in the pulley is excluded by the single belt characteristic. Running is free of vibration and quiet, even at high speeds. Through the use of high-grade materials, ribbed belts are largely oil and temperature-resistant.
- V-timing belts, single to quadruple, with and without hub in all common diameters, made of steel, aluminum, and POM, with grub screw clamping and clamping ring clamping
- Hub borehole with round hole, tapped hole, keyway with straight and side tapped holes, offset borehole with locking devices
- Surface execution and surface working, clear anodized, hard alumite treatment, burnished, chemically nickel plated
- Temperature range of the V-belts, high performance belts, electrically conductive round belts, endless belts, hollow belts, hollow belts made of polyurethane to + 80 °C with metal lock.
