Metric thread
Not only is a thread useful for fixing rotating parts on the motor shaft, but creative constructors also use this low-priced and simple method for the realization of a linear positioning drive with low positioning speed.
In conjunction with longer motor shaft greater travels are also possible. This machining is possible in all motors of the ST series from an order quantity of 25 pieces.
Thread depends on the shaft diameter:
- 4 mm shaft diameter: max. M 4
- 5 mm shaft diameter: max. M 5
- 6.35 mm shaft diameter: max. M 6
- 9.525 and 10 mm shaft diameter: max. M 8
- 14 mm shaft diameter: max. M 12
- In addition to fine-pitch screw threads, trapezoidal screw threads T6x1, T6x2 and T5x5 are also possible on request
