Wherever space conditions are greatly restricted, shorter shafts are preferred.
All ST, DB and IP series motors are available with a shorter shaft and the minimum purchase for the SP series is 100 pieces.
Minimum 3 mm distance from the flange!

From 100 pieces, considerably more favorable prices barely above the price of the series-wound motor are possible due to series production.

Shorter shafts can also be manufactured with special end machining and shafts with increased precision, circularity, straightness, dimensional tolerances, concentricity, parallelism, form, materials, hardened, different internal thread, threaded blind hole - also in transverse direction, single-sided and double-sided threaded pins, screw thread undercut, one or more flat surfaces for adjustment screws, undercut with specified notch widths, V-notch 90° with specified widths, one or more key surfaces, stem fitting, groove or transverse groove for the fixing of retaining rings, conic section etc. to your drawing data.
