Ordering process
When all items you want to order are in your shopping basket, the "Finish order" link brings you to a login page where you can enter your user name and password if you have already ordered from us. If you are ordering for the first time, you must register first. You can then check and change your billing and delivery address, and display the costs for shipping, packing and handling. After completing the order you will receive a confirmation per Email.
You will receive a binding contract confirmation from us inside 2 working days.
Payment
If you have already ordered from us at least once, you can pay conveniently per invoice. If you are ordering from us for the first time, for security reasons we must insist on cash before delivery, cash on delivery (inside Germany) or payment by credit card (Visa/Mastercard). Of course, the following possibilities are also available to you as customer.
With payment by cash before delivery or cash on delivery, we grant 2% cash discount on the gross amount invoiced.
Shipping costs, packing and handling
Shipping costs are quoted according to the weight and delivery destination of the shipment when you enter your address. We have endeavored to calculate the actual costs incurred for the shipping as accurately as possible in advance, nevertheless the actual costs may be slightly higher or lower than the calculated costs. In spite of that, the price quoted in the order and in the order confirmation is still binding in this case. From a net order total of 50 €, we charge the following rates for packing and handling: 1% inside Germany, 1.5% of the net value of the goods for other European countries and a 30€ lump sum for all other countries. For orders below this minimum order total, a lump sum of 15 € is charged for packing and handling.
The shipping is effected by UPS or the German postal service, Deutsche Post.
Delivery times
The delivery time is normally 1-2 weeks.
