The Nano brake module (PWM controller) reduces the power and heat losses by 35%, thus enabling a higher stopping and activation time of the motor and eliminating the external suppression diode.
The additional ZIB-PD6-N board is used for the fast, time-saving wiring of the Plug & Drive motors: Connect the loose leads of the motors on one side and use the convenient Sub-D-9 connector on the other side to a) connect the motor to a PC via the serial interface or b) to use it with the I/O box.
With the Z-IO-BOX the customer can quickly and easily start up and test all functions of the new Nanotec stepper motor positioning controller of the SMCI series such as digital inputs, state of the outputs as well as the function of the analog input.
The box is also suitable for fully functional controls of many important functions and hereby makes the development of in-house software superfluous. Further information can be found in the manual.
SMCP33-EVA is a motherboard for the SMCP33 plug-in device card. This means the user can quickly put 4 stepper motors into operation via a prewired RS485 network with a connection to the PC (USB also possible). In addition, all inputs and outputs available in the SMCP33 are led to the outside via Phoenix Combicon connectors, also an encoder can be connected as well as a brake.
ZCEDA345xxx are the matching mating plug components for the SMCP33.
