The PD4-N is an effective enhancement of the Nanotec Plug & Drive motors. In addition to the integrated power end stage, it includes a complete, network-capable speed and positioning control. The user-friendly NanoPro Windows software allows users without programming knowledge to quickly and easily create and test even complex axis movements on a laptop by selecting one of the integrated modes that are tailored to different drive applications and configuring the movement sequences.
The NanoJ easy software allows even complex application programs to be stored in the controller and predestines the drive as a complete solution for local drive applications. As well as the movement sequences, machine parameters such as spindle pitch or gear reduction and motor parameters such as the microstep mode, for example, can also be conveniently set via the software. After configuration, the 16 motion profiles stored in the PD4-N can then be controlled by external signals via 6 inputs which allows an economic and flexible integration in the machine.
